'Strong are we, not weak…love, humanity and peace is what we children of India seek!!'

Patriotic sights and melodies marked the 72 Independence Day celebration in our campus. The program commenced with a grand welcome of the Chief Guest Rev. Fr. Irudaya Raj, faculty, Performing Arts, St. Claret College, Principal Rev. Dr. Joshi, Vice - Principal Mrs. Sally Jose and other dignitaries by means of a disciplined Guard of Honor. Divine rendition of invocation was followed by the hoisting of the Tricolor by the Chief Guest. The VIP's received majestic Salute from the four platoons as they marched in poise and sync. Our young patriots from UKG  and the Silver Steppers filled the venue with Love and Pride for our motherland as they danced to the tunes of Patriotic numbers. A powerful speech on significance of the day by Tanya Tom ignited our hearts with patriotic fervor. The audience was mesmerised and awestruck with the words of Rev. Fr. Irudaya Raj as he addressed the gathering.

The show stopper was declaration of the results of month long, nerve - wracking and high spirited Claretine Challenge Competitions. The Chief Guest of the day presented the much coveted trophy to the Claretine Challenge Champs - Yellow Dragons followed by Blue Surfers as the First Runners up. The day concluded with the singing of the school anthem and distribution of sweets.
