St. Claret School is named after its Heavenly Patron, St. Antony Mary Claret, the founder of the Claretian Missionaries.
The Feast of St. Antony Mary Claret was celebrated at St. Claret School, Jalahalli on October 24. This occasion holds special significance, as it rekindles the spiritual and moral values and the innovative undertakings of a missionary life.
The Claretines, honored the Patron’s Day on October 23 through a special assembly. The program included a prayer dance and a skit performed by the students, portraying the life and works of St. Antony Mary Claret.
The Choir presented a special song dedicated to our Patron. Our Principal addressed the students, delivering a powerful message about the Saint and his worldly pursuits in response to God’s call. He encouraged all Claretines to implement and embrace his principles and ideals.
To commemorate our Patron’s Day, St. Claret Institution had organised a Sports events for the first time in Claretine history. All the staffs of the four institutions in and around the campus took up the challenge and came forward for the great event. The teachers were quite sportive and with the support of Physical Instructors various sports like throwball, basketball, cricket, Tug of war were conducted.
The competition among the teachers was quite tough, and after a fierce competition, the overall trophy and the championship was bagged by St. Claret School. Rev. Fr. Xavier E Manavath, Manager, congratulated the teams for the successful completion of the sports event. We are proud to have won the trophy for the year 2025.
