The Claret Cup - 2026 was hosted by St. Claret School, Jalahalli. It was held on 2 July and 3 July with great enthusiasm, Sportsmanship and Team Spirit. The sporting events were held, with a grand celebration of talents and healthy competitions within the school premises. Claretines took part with immense determination and high spirit giving their best in every event. This two days tournament is the most awaited event and every year numerous teams from in and around Bengaluru participate with intense zeal and excitement. The tournament comprises of games like Basketball, Football, Volleyball and Throwball. There is an increasing number of participants every year emphasising the role played by sports and games in the overall development of the youth.
The Chief Guest of the event was Ms Pooja Narendra an International volleyball player and an athlete addressed the budding sports champions on the relevance of sports during the inaugural function.
This year 70 schools from Bengaluru participated contributing around 99 teams for the various events. The competition was tough but the resilience of the young champs was shown throughout the event. Our students dedication and team work brought great pride to our school.
We are delighted to announce that our school emerged as the champions in basketball and runners - up in football. This remarkable achievement reflects the hard work, discipline and perseverance of our players. Along with the constant guidance and encouragement of our coaches. Congratulations to all our champions for bringing glory to our school. May they continue to achieve greater heights in the years to come.
